Faulty Disk - Replace or Something Else?

I've been running unRaid for a decade (currently 6.2.4) and just saw for first time my Disk 2 has a fault error (red x) on it.

 

I've attached the syslog.txt file from the diagnostics I ran.

 

I had swapped in a new 3TB parity disk (all other disks are 1.5TB).  Should I go get myself an equivalent 3TB disk to replace the Disk 2?

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction for steps on how to do this properly?
