October 27, 20178 yr The error when moving files between two disks is a "network error" (error 0x8007003B). It is not tied to a specific file or disk. It happens at each copy/move process. This was never an issue with 6.3, so assume this may be related to the new 6.4rc9. Any thoughts? Also, is it easy to revert to 6.3 and can I do so just by copying and pasting the download link for 6.3?
October 27, 20178 yr This is a network related issue specifically with Windows 10I suggest you try googling the error along with keyword “UnRaid” as there are others who have experienced this error too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
October 27, 20178 yr I had googled, but didn't find a solution. It worked well with Unraid 6.3.0. Best for me to downgrade? If so, how best to?
October 27, 20178 yr Suggest you open a new thread to get issue specific support6.3.0 is not the latest of the stable train, that would be 6.3.5If you did go from 6.3.0 to 6.4.0rc9 then the /previous folder would have your old install files, follow the normal copy /previous to the root folder and reboot. It could be anything from:Bad driverBad NICBad VM Config to do with SMBBad SwitchportSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
October 27, 20178 yr You are of course right. I upgraded from 6.3.5 (not 6.3.0). I never tried the other RCs of 6.4.0, but went from 6.3.5 to 6.4.0rc9. I did some other changes to my setup in parallel, so worth to isolate the issue. Is my best bet to downgrade to 6.3.5 again? If this even possible? The VM image is identical, but I have done some hardware changes at the same time that I have been upgrading to 6.4.0.
October 27, 20178 yr Downgrade back to 6.3.5 is easy, go to Tools -> Update OSChange branch to StableReboot and done To go back to 6.4.0rc however you will need to reinstall that prerelease pluginCheersSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
