Reformatting drives

Featured Replies

I am hoping to reformat my drives and "start fresh" with unRAID. I have a two disks, a 6TB and a 2TB, and one parity drive, a 6TB. I stopped my array, and changed the file type from xfs to ReiserFS. I then started the array and formatted the now unmountable drives. Once that was complete, the "used" read as 60 - 85MB on each drive. I then stopped the array again, and changed the drives back to xfs. When I started and formatted, the drives now say 7.68GB and 3.03GB used. Is that normal, or is something not being deleted/reformatted? Thank you for any help!

It's normal for xfs.
