September 26, 20178 yr Hello, I have recently hooked up a UPS to my system, and tested it, and everything seems to be working OK.... well the one thing that doesn't happen is the UPS turning off AFTER safe shutdown, regardless things seem to be working as they should. My question is, that I am seeing a plugin failure and would like to correct these plugins, but not sure how to go about it. I have posted some screens to assist everyone with what I am looking at. I would love to hear any feedback. Thank you! I am not sure if i need to be posting the log file etc. Please let me know if any more information is required !
September 27, 20178 yr Community Expert As I recall, not all UPS's support this feature. I know mine don't. (The worst part of the problem is that they will tend to beep every few seconds until they are physically turn off. I can generally ignore my Media server since it is hidden away in the basement but I have three UPS-backed computers adjacent to the living area and they drive me nuts..)
September 27, 20178 yr Author Fair enough, I appreciate the information. I wonder now how I can fix these plugin errors, to make everything nice and clean. I will keep poking away at it
