Am I right in my thinking to try replacing the SATA cable before swapping a spare in? SMART is coming back without error. I've attached the SMART report.

 

I've stopped the array, but haven't rebooted yet.

 

Any help appreciated.

Yes, you may also swap the SATA port or controller it's using.
