Adding a new drive, equal out drives (space wise)

Hey guys,

 

I'm going to add a new drive to unRAID but is there a way to get it to even out files so it uses all drives equally? 

IE the 2 full drives move some files to the new empty drive to free up some space on those other 2 older drives?

 

Not sure if the other 2 are pretty full, so even if it doesnt move everything to be exactly equal, but just so the other 2 drives fall back under the warning levels?

Or this will be a manual job?
