Active directory setup questions

Featured Replies

Hi I have just spent the best part of a weekend trying to set up my new unraid server.

Simple sharing I cant even see

user level works for like 5mb worth of data and then all shares become read only.

active directory states that I am locked out.

even though I joined corrctly.

look I am using windows 7 and I am new to Unraid

is there a script that I can put in the config directory of 5.4.3 and put it to run on boot so that at makes all shares 777

or some security style that will just work and then with time I can modify it to be more restrictive?

I replaced a 2003 server with raid 5 becouse I like the unraid technology.... but so far all I hit is dead ends i can write about 5mb on my 1.3 tb server and then it locks up all security i cant even delete the folders when i log in to root.

on iso look of Unmenu i see WRX-R--R-

but Once again Root user cant deleat or add new files?
