(Solved) Call Traces found on your server diagnostics attached

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've got a few times recently the Call Traces error.

I've rebooted my machine a few days ago, and the error was gone. Now again Fix Common Problems plugin indicates that I have the error.

Apparently I'm not able to identify what the problem is.

Any help with this is appreciated.

Thank you.

Related to your Realtek NIC:

Sep 19 21:55:07 Tower kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0 (r8169): transmit queue 0 timed out

It was reset after that and appears to be working normally now, if issues continue you may want to buy an Intel NIC to replace it.

That was fast, thanks a lot.

My eth0 is a cheap TP-Link NIC.

I'll switch to the onboard Killer E2200 NIC and have a close look in the next days.

I only used the TP-link because it supports WoL. For some reason the Killer E2200 WoL function doesn't work under linux.

Thank you.
