September 29, 20178 yr Community Expert Doesn't look like a SATA cable problem, but it could be a power cable problem, looks like the disk lost power (or it died), it quickly dropped offline and there's no SMART report, first thing you want to do is to reboot or power cycle the server, check if the disk comes online and grab a SMART report.

September 29, 20178 yr Community Expert SMART looks fine, but it usually does when this kind of issue is a disk problem, I suggest that you replace the power cable (or swap with a different disk) rebuild and monitor, if same disk fails again in the near future it's probably the disk.
