Unraid 6.3.5 locking up once a week

Featured Replies

Hello All,

I have been having this problem for some time now, and have not been able to figure out what's going on. My unraid server (with several dockers and a few vms) hums along fine for about a week or so, but then it goes unresponsive. At that time, I cannot load the web portal, ssh to it, or do anything on the local console. I am still able to ping it. Nextcloud, plex, etc are all unresponsive.

I had troubleshooting mode running, Attached is the last diagnostics zip that was captured and the syslog. I also snapped a picture of the console. Would someone with more knowledge than myself be willing to take a look and see if you can determine what might be happening?

I am happy to provide anything else that may be helpful, or if there is something I should do to get more information next time it happens - let me know. It will probably happen again in about a week.

Thanks in advanced!

Did you try running it in safemode?

It's a pain to look at the syslog when FCP is on, @Squid anyway the temps and other info could be logged to a separate log?
