Rick Sanchez
Hi, I setup a new backup server. It uses the latest version. I don't think UnRAID precleared the drive as it already has files there. When I delete files, they immediately reappear. When I delete the files in Putty using sudo I receive a read only error. I tried 'sudo reiserfsck disk4 --rebuild-sb' and I managed to delete some files and then I couldn't delete the rest. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment
Frank1940
First thing, you don't need to use sudo with unRAID. You are already THE super user when you log in. It would be helpful if you would post up the diagnostics file ( 'Tools' >>> 'Diagnostics' ) so that the Gurus can have a look at your setup. You can also get the diagnostics file by typing diagnostics at the command prompt on the command line interface. The file will be saved in that case to the logs folder/directory on the flash drive. If you want do delete everything easiest way is to change the filesystem on the disk and format. Edited October 11, 2017 by johnnie.black Quote Link to comment
