8TB hard drive can't be accessed in Unassigned Drives

Featured Replies

I am trying to pull the data off several large drives (3TB/8TB).  When I attempt this, Unassigned Drives wants me to format the drives.  1TB drives work fine.  I noticed that the ntsf-3gb driver is an older version.  I've followed all the suggestions for moving data from one drive to another in this forum, and it all works fine for drives under 1TB.  Any help is appreciated

[edit] At Squids suggestion, I am adding the meager errors I am getting from UD.  Let me add, I have tried to use these drives (both WD Red and a Seagate something or other) in their caddys, pulled out and installed and finally in a Thermaltake Dock

You're probably going to want to post the log from Unassigned Devices (can be downloaded via the icon at the top right on the UD page)

Just another piece of info.  In the \config\plugins\unassigned.devices\packages directory, the driver is ntfs-3g-2013.1.13-x86_64-1.txz
