ebnerjoh
Hi All, For a specific reason I want to make a backup of my unraid drive to a seperate disk. The disk is conencted to the unraid server and also detected. I can start "preclear" but I do not find the option to mount it... What I am doing wrong? Br, JOhannes Quote Link to comment
Squid
Within Settings - UD Settings, you need to enable "Destructive Mode" From what appears when you hit "Help" on Main, Unassigned Devices Quote UD has a destructive mode that allows deleting disk partitions and formatting disks. If Destructive Mode is not turned on in the UD Settings, you WILL NOT be able to format a disk. Go the the Settings page and scroll to the bottom to see the UD settings. To format a disk: Destructive mode must be enabled. Disk must have all partitions removed. Unmount disk, click on the serial number, and click on all red-X to delete partitions. If the disk has been precelared and shows a grayed 'Format' button, click on the disk serial number, then click on the red-X to delete the preclear status file.
