What do these errors mean and how can I fix them - "wrong csrf_token"

The title says it all.

I just noticed these in my SYSLOG.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugins.  Once installed, the errors start and I receive one every one second.  Any help is much appreciated.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
