No time scale will be given I guess That's roughly in line with my expectations of an answer A problem 10 years old, possible to hardcode a one line fix for it or do a 7 line fix that might even be the final patch!

October 26, 20178 yr Author I managed to use the DVB build scripts to test the patch out, it seems to be working well. Nice stable performance for the first time. @saarg @CHBMB thanks for the help and having that git page available! Commented out everything apart from the kernel script (with a minor change) and tbs-os scripts, the build went ok apart from I think I saw an umount error on /var/lib but the rest of the process worked.

October 27, 20178 yr I haven't followed the Ryzen thread closely for a while. I was under the impression there were still some issues. If not, that's fantastic.
October 27, 20178 yr My understanding is that the only issue remained is the NPT table issue with passthrough. If this is truly fixed, Ryzen / TR for unRAID will be much more viable IMO.
