Hi, I am wondering how com WD Reds, 3 TB and 4 TB transfer speed is slow?  I'm getting up to 100 Mbps speed copying between disks (TV files of about 1 GB per episode), parity disabled. I am using midnight commander.  I am checking transfer speed from statistics page of Unraid.
