Plex Dockers hung ect.. Could disk6 be causing the issues? Diag Attached for your review.

If it is causing the issue, when parity check finishes, I intend to replace with 4TB, which means I'll need to upgrade parity as well... SOO...

Whats the correct process for... replacing disk6 with 4TB replacing Parity with 4TB taking the old Parity drive and dropping it in the array?

ok so question is, is it just plain safer to replace the 3TB with a new 3TB get the system back to stable and then just start with the 4TB replacements after its all better?

IMO the parity swap procedure is not considerably riskier than a normal rebuild, but it's composed of two parts, the parity copy and then the rebuild, so there's always a little more risk.

Ok so it's beating up Disk6, and parity is holding at 53.9% 2 hours.. Should I stop parity check and just replace 6 and have it rebuild? Or let parity continue to do its thing?

Stop it, parity can't do nothing with a bad disk, if you're running a correcting check it can in fact corrupt your parity.
