November 6, 20178 yr So like many other threads I have read I and having similar issues seems like almost nightly I wake up to a froze webui and no access to ssh. So here is what is the weird thing. When the Webui stops responding, Plex is still running just fine and I can access any shared folder I have set. I can open ssh and send a Reboot and SSH shows it went through and is rebooting but the server never responds to it. The other weird thing is Ever time this has happened and I look at the monitor that is connected to the rack there is always something about CPULOAD on the screen. not sure what thats about. Now I do run a Ryzen 1700x on this and I am running build 6.3. I know I should go to 6.4 but I just can't figure out how without losing all the work I have put into this already with the dockers and plugins. Could the Ryzen be causing this issue? Im not sure because of others who don't have this chip having the same issue. I have my fix common problems in troubleshoot mode but what I'm afraid of is since the server never technically crashes.. will it see anything. To fix I have to hard shut down and reboot. I will post Logs when I pull them. Thanks for anyone who can shed some light.

You won't lose anything, just upgrade to v6.4 from v6.3, v6.3 has known stability issues with Ryzen, hanging is not only possible, it's expected. Current v6.4rc needs a tweak, see here:
November 6, 20178 yr Author thanks for the response but in that post they are already running the 6.4 I don't understand where to get it at. should I use the USB downloader? Also anytime I have rewrote the usb to fix an issue with my current version I lost my dockers like open VPN and others and had to reconfigure. How would I go about actually doing the upgrade and then I can follow the info in the attached thread to update the syslinux. Thanks
November 6, 20178 yr Author Man, I must suck at searching because I spent a good hour and could not find what you are finding in minutes. Sorry to be such a nub
November 6, 20178 yr Author ok YOU have been such a great help. I have the update done but for some reason now this is showing.. all these blue info boxes. Any idea how to turn them off?
