November 7, 20178 yr Community Expert I just happened to notice a Red X on disk 3 today. I don't see any obvious errors on the SMART report, but then again, I have no idea what I'm looking at or what to look for. Can one of you check these out and see where I can go with it? Notes - About 2 weeks ago, I added a LSI SAS9211-8i card in it (flashed to IT mode). No issues. These were the cables I purchased. I also removed a disk that I wanted to upgrade the other day. Again, no issues noticed afterwards. I also tried unplugging/plugging in the cables to the affected disk just in case. Thanks in advance! tower-diagnostics-20171106-2103.zip
November 7, 20178 yr Community Expert Disk looks fine, diagnostics are after reboot, so can't see what happened, check the cables and run an extended SMART test, if it passes rebuild to the same disk.
