Both my wife and I use Google Pixel 2 phones and love the unlimited storage of photos and videos.  I'd like a way to automate backing up those photos to our unraid server, and use the pictures in our plex server.

 

Curreltly I'm going in once a month downloading both her and my photos / videos from that month and adding them to our respective photo folders in the media share.  Is there a docker, or other app that would make this process easier?

 

I've used a few programs to go from the server to google for backups and such but not from google to server.

You can use the Google backup and sync and sync your Google photos folders.
