System Freezing/Not Rebooting

Hey everyone.

 

My system is slowly but surely falling appart. It is regularly freezing up, and I can't manage to shut down the system without forcing it.
Also, when I try to reboot cleanly it will freeze up.

 

I know you need more information, but I am usure of what you need and where to get it.

Please let me know and I will pastebin the info.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
