Windows won't access \\Tower

I tried to search for this solution but I couldn't find the fix.

 

I had to replace my motherboard on my server and got everything working except I can't access my shares in Windows through \\Tower. Under my network tab in Windows Explorer, Tower shows up but when I go to click on it, says Windows can't access \\Tower. I can access it if I use the IP address. The server DHCP is disabled.

 

Is there something that I need to do since I swapped motherboards?

    That's an issue with your router, sometimes rebooting it can fix it.

    Actually....I figured it out...it was something with windows credential manager....

    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
