Unable to setup new Win10 VM

Recommended Posts

I have a WinServer 2k16 VM up and working fine.  I'm trying to setup a new Win10 VM and after creating the VM, it boots, asks if i want to boot from ISO, and then just hangs at the Win10 logo.  Looking at the libvert log I see the followin entries:

2017-11-13 15:26:10.351+0000: 6745: error : x86FeatureInData:780 : internal error: unknown CPU feature __kvm_hv_spinlocks
2017-11-13 15:26:10.352+0000: 6745: error : x86FeatureInData:780 : internal error: unknown CPU feature __kvm_hv_vendor_id

Any ideas?

EDIT:  It appears these errors are unrelated to the new VM I'm trying to setup.

EDIT 2:  Got it working by changing BIOS to SeaBIOS.
