possible to un-delete files I just deleted by accident?

I deleted the wrong folder (recent deluge downloads).  I assume I'm SOL, but thought I'd check if there's any way to recover said files?

 

They would still have been on the cache drive I suspect (can't recall if they finished before mover or not).

    Do you have the recycle bin plugin installed? If so you may be able to get the file back, if not then I am not sure.
