I did a quick search on this but really only found how to replace the disk so my apologies in advance if this has been answered many times before.  I replaced a 750gb hard drive in my unraid 6.3.5 box with a 1tb drive and after the rebuild it is still showing 750gb.  Just wondering if I missed a step or what I need to do to gain the extra 250gb of storage.

 

Steps I took was a clean power down, remove old, replace with new, power system on, perform the rebuild, and now the array is completely functional.

The expansion is automatic, post your diagnostics.

You have filesystem corruption on disk3 (md3), run xfs_repair:
