Hello, 

I have already emailed support but posting here for additional assistance. 

 

Unfortunately, I assumed a registered key went through an online re registration if a reformat of the USB key was required. I did not back up the config file as I now see the instructions states. 

 

Please advise if there is a method to retrieve the registered key for the same USB GUID.

    3. Adjust your preference.
