I am pretty sure this question has been answered before but in a system with dual parity drives, say two 8TB drives, can I swap one of the 8TB drives out for a 10TB drive for parity?

    Yes, the two parity drives can be different sizes as long as both are at least as large as the largest data drive (as usual).
