x99 taichi + gygabite gt 730 passthrough not working.

Just want to verify, has anyone gotten x99 taichi to work with gpu passthrough?

Im getting this error and i want to narrow down what i missed.

And im hoping it's not the motherboard cause is kinda hard getting good mobo here

CPU is Intel Xeon E5 2670 V3 ES QFSA, which i got from ebay.

Apparently the series is like sampling unit or something,

But it does have intel vt-d option in bios
