Console commands for spinning up array and VMs

How can I spin up the array and boot up my VMs from the console screen? I'm guessing this is what people refer to as 'headless'? Still pretty new to all this, but I want to learn but I can't find a list of console commands anywhere.

    Most people would use the gui for this.   The term ‘headless’ in unRAID normally just just means you are running the gui remotely in a browser on another machine rather than on a monitor directly attached to the unRAID machine..   Although it is possible to start things from the command line I am not sure the required commands are documented anywhere.
