gui and ssh lockout after 6-7 days uptime using gui boot

Featured Replies

Hello everyone I seem to be having some stability issue with unraid 6.3.5 while using Gui Boot i tend to get 6-7 days uptime and then i get locked out of my VM, Docker apps and even cannot SSH in from another computer...it never prompts me for a password.

I am stuck away from the machine until later tonight (at least 8 hours) and wondering if there are some commands i can try to provide more info.

i am starting to think its either:

my web-gui and memory loss?

or my automated back up of my app data folder every monday

so update. my wife was able to show me the server was totally locked up...again. I am starting to think it is overheating so going to try and mod the case to add more fans or get a 4U case so I can use actual decent fans...

Thanks @johnnie.black I have used this tweak before and pretty sure its right as it was stable for quite a while...I have put in the factory fanwall and the 80's are screamers but luckily the bedroom is on the second floor and the server is in the basement. I hope it was only over heating as I have never seen the main screen show more than 50% use of the 32GB of Ram I have.
