Possible to run a Windows VM (GUI) off the intergrated graphics of Intel? No VNC.

Featured Replies

Is it possible to run a full windows machine off the integrated graphics of my machine with unraid below it yet still being able to use it as a full windows machine as in pluging a display into the computer and audio. I don't want to use VNC as its not that great as a desktop experience and pretty laggy even though I am running ethernet on both ends. So is this possible or would I need to purchase a (low end) GPU to do this? (I have only ever used the unraid control panel over my browser without any issues and I have no plans on changing that so loosing access to the terminal via a monitor directly plugged in is not a problem.)

I believe unraid console cannot be shared with a vm.
