November 22, 20178 yr I cant seem to start my array - when I try to start it, the web ui stops responding. I can ssh in, but can't do much else. xfs-repair -v didn't seem to do anything. I noticed there's a bunch of call traces in the log, but I don't know how to make sense of them. I've attached the logs and would appreciate any help. tower-diagnostics-20171122-1004.zip Edited November 22, 20178 yr by needslipo
November 22, 20178 yr Community Expert You need to grab the diagnostics after starting the array by typing diagnostics on the console/SSH.
November 22, 20178 yr Author So I was able to get the array to start by swapping out a sata cable and running xfs_repair, but I still have a bunch of call traces that I'd like to resolve. Here are the diagnostics after starting the array: tower-diagnostics-20171122-1035.zip
November 22, 20178 yr Community Expert Call traces are bios related: Nov 22 10:28:41 Tower kernel: Your BIOS is broken; RMRR ends before it starts! Check for a bios update or ignore.
November 22, 20178 yr Community Expert Nothing you can do about it, unless you get a new board, but this type of error is usually harmless.
