I got two Heat Alarm, at this time only parity and transmission control is working

Yes, it looks like your disks are all running hot and parity is flagged.  Are you running a parity sync?

Ok.  I believe the default heat alarm is at 45*.  Your disk temps are high, but not high enough to stop the sync.  You should look at better cooling for your system though.

Would be nice to know the actual temps. 45C is a good temp for the alarm. It is at the high end of acceptable. Smart report should tell you the exact temp.

 

45/46C is about as high I'd want my disks to get during something stressful like a parity check or big copy on a warm day. Any hotter and I'd be looking for a bit better cooling.
