when going to the tools > hardware profile page and clicking on the 'show details' link.. it looks like nothing is going on. after several minutes it finally comes back with some data. perhaps some sort of processing/indicator to let the user know they just need to wait.. and not to just keep clicking on the link or navigating away.

 

looks like the huge delay is just on the first run?
