I just upgraded to Plus, but I don't see any option to add new users. From the FAQ it sounds like it's supposed to be on the bottom of the users page. Am I missing something?

Hrmm, not sure then. I'm running 4.5.3 plus and after user shares is enabled, I have an 'add user' button on the users tab.

Hmmm... I wonder if there's something screwy going on in any of my configs. Could the fact that I created the shares in Basic mode be causing problems?

 

I even tried stopping the array just now, disabling user shares, re-enabling, then starting the array back up.... but still no "Add User" option This is a feature in Plus, right?

That it is, I have a plus license and have 5 users currently created.

Whoops, I forgot to change "Share security" from Simple to "User Level." My bad! All is good now. Thanks for the help.
