Hi all,

 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a USB HDD Dock that will support 8TB+ drives?

 

The dock I've been using doesn't seem to recognize drives >4TB.

 

I don't need a fancy dock, I only use it for pre-clearing drives.

Use the housing from a shucked drive?

I have one of these but I haven't tested it with a big drive:

I used in it 8 tb drives without isues. Don't know about 12 tb but they say it don't have limit.
