Post up your diagnostics file  (   Tools     >>>  Diagnostics   ) with your next post.

You could also have a look at your syslog on your linux computer.

Do you have another device/computer that you could try to see if you can upload from it?

Syslog looks normal, does a copy instead of move work? Do you have a PC running another OS you could try, like Windows?

were should my appdata, domains, iso, and system folders be located right now they are on disk1  i thought they should be on my cache disk thanks for fast reply

They are cache "prefer" by default, if you shutdown docker and VM services and run the mover they will me moved to cache.

I saw these lines in the syslog:

Dec  2 09:42:39 Server root: Fix Common Problems: Error: disk5 (HGST_HTS545050A7E380_130903TE8511L515ZU3K) has file system errors (No file system (32))
Dec  2 09:42:39 Server root: Fix Common Problems: Error: cache (Samsung_SSD_850_EVO_500GB_S21HNXAG457556D) has file system errors (No file system (32))

I am no expert on reading syslogs but I would be worried when I see multiple error lines about the same two disks.

If they're empty you can delete them.

what about the iso should it be on the cache or on one of the other disk

As you like, it's currently set to cache "yes", probably the default, if you want it on cache change that share to cache "prefer" and run the mover.

No, but it confirms it's not an unRAID problem.
