Synology Raid Scrub Equivalent ?

Is there anything equivalent of data scrubbing which is present on Synology NAS?

Only if you use btrfs as your file system in unraid. There are also plugins that can do checksums which is the same thing.

Note that scrubbing isn't expected to just detect modified data - it's also expected to be able to regenerate that data under the assumption that the incorrect data exists on a single disk and that the parity can be used to regenerate the blocks/files that has incorrect checksum.

Yes this is precisely what I want.

Btrfs scrubs the data and will detect checksum failures, but since every data disk is a separate filesystem it won't be able to correct them.

So my XFS install is currently useless?

It's not useless, XFS is a very mature file system with recovery tools of it's own. Do you have your data duplicated or just one copy on your unRAID server?

I just have 1 copy but Unraid contains media and other items which aren’t important right now . 

So what’s the best practise to ensure disk integrity with XFs?

You can use the Dynamix file integrity plugin
