Drive becoming read only

Hello All,

 

I have been having an ongoing issue where my Cache drive will become read only making all dockers stop. a restart seems to fix the issue. I cant replicate the issue on demand but it tends to happen about once a week, generally when downloading torrents. I can see call traces in the log but i cant figure out what it relates to. I also noticed its giving some sort of btrfs error but none of my drives are formatted to btrfs. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this issue?

    You're having a hardware problem with your cache device, several write errors that in turn cause the filesystem to go read only, try replacing its cables, if issues persists replace the SSD.
