Device Disable, not sure what SMART is telling me

Featured Replies

Hi all

I am quite a noob regarding UNRAID and I am unable to 'read' SMART reports.

I got a 'Device Disabled, Contents Emulated' on Disk2, I am attaching the SMART extended self-test.

Is my disk broken? What should I do next?

Thanks in advance!

That is a sick puppy.

Lots of reallocated sectors after the disk have seen issues.

Lots of uncorrect sectors.

728 sectors currently broken but can't be reallocated because the disk can't read up the content correctly and copy to a new sector.

Read out what you can from the drive but get a replacement drive pronto.
