Help with license key and new USB

Hi

I wiped my old USB with my activated copy of unraid basic and then realised after I need to use that to transfer the key over to the new USB. I contacted support but no response yet.

 

I tried entering my key again but it just says error, anyone able to help me out?

Help us out a bit.  First, what version of unRAID are you running?  Second, describe greater detailed exactly what you did when you were doing the action in the quote.   Are you aware of this page?

I don't have a replace key button only trial and buy key

I cant even install the trial I get this error

You seem to be having a lot of problems with what seems to a very simple problem to resolve.  There have been a lot of folks who have had problems over the years with key files and most of the time LT has responded within 24 hours.  I would suggest going back to that 'Replace key' page again.  Compose another e-mail to LimeTech and explain the situation in detail (and/or) point them to this thread). Include such details as the GUID's of BOTH the old and new flash drives, the email address that you registered the original key under, and request a key file for your new drive. 

 

About the failure to get a Trial Key.  I do not know the meaning of that error code.  I suspect one of three problems, (1) your server can not get to the Internet, (2) the server is not reaching a DNS server, or (3) the unRAID key server was having  temporary problem .

I also cannot go through with the replacement procedure as I do not have the replace key button only purchase key and trial key

Fixed it just did a reinstall xD
