Possible Failed Boot Flash Drive - Next Steps?

So I went to access my unraid server running 6.3.5 via webui last night and I got the following popup:

Quote

Install Statistics Plugin

This plugin is used to send statistics anonymously using Google Forms and TOR.
Don't worry, you will be asked before sending every report.

It gives me the option to Install or Dismiss. If I choose Install, I get the following output:

Quote

plugin: installing: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gfjardim/unRAID-plugins/master/plugins/statistics.sender.plg
plugin: downloading https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gfjardim/unRAID-plugins/master/plugins/statistics.sender.plg
plugin: downloading: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gfjardim/unRAID-plugins/master/plugins/statistics.sender.plg ... done

Warning: simplexml_load_file(): I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/boot/config/plugins/statistics.sender.plg" in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.plugin.manager/scripts/plugin on line 214
plugin: xml parse error

If I click Dismiss I just get the top bar with the Dashboard, Main, Shares, etc. tabs but nothing shows below them and if I click on any of the tabs I just get the Install Statistics Plugin popup again. Therefore I can't access anything via webui. This led me to start troubleshooting and I went to access the flash drive via smb but if I try to do so nothing shows up. I can access all of my array disks and cache disk via smb but not my flash drive so I'm almost positive the boot flash drive is dead, which wouldn't be surprising because I've been using it ever since I initially setup my unraid server 6 years ago.

So now I am in completely uncharted territory since I've never had the boot flash drive fail. Can somebody please suggest the next steps to take? The good news is I have a backup of my flash drive from 10 months ago when it was running 6.3.2 and I have screenshot of my array configuration so I should be able to get back up and running without too much set back I'm just not sure the best way of doing that.

Since the array is still up and functioning is there anything I can do to try and recover the data off the flash drive? Since unraid transfers everything to RAM during startup, can I safely unplug the flash drive while unraid is running and try it on another computer to see if it's truly dead?

If not, how do I safely stop the array and spin down the disks since it probably won't be able to write to the flash drive and I don't have access to webui?

Once I've shut down safely, how do I transfer my license to the new flash drive?

Is there anything I should be wary of when booting up my 10 month old backup off the new flash drive (I can't remember but I may have added a disk since then so the array config may be different than what's stored on that backup)?

Thank you in advance to anyone who helps!
