Slack on 6.4.0_rc15e

I am not sure if I am missing something or what, but for some reason I cannot get the Slack Agent to even test properly from the GUI. I've tried enable/disabling it a couple of times. Looked through the syslog and it shows the below info:

Dec 13 10:42:45 muse ool www[615]: /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/scripts/agent 'enable' 'Slack.sh'
Dec 13 10:42:49 muse ool www[615]: /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/scripts/agent 'test' 'Slack.sh'
Dec 13 10:43:11 muse ool www[615]: /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix/scripts/agent 'test' 'Slack.sh'

I tested using the curl command from the script as well as running the command as it is in the log above. Both work as expected.

It just seems to be when the webGUI calls it that it fails, both on the test call and on actual notifications. I received email notification but I did not receive the slack notification.

Is there someplace else I need to look or more information that is needed for this?
