Can't access my unraid gui

Featured Replies

I can't seem to access my unraid gui today.  I can access my Radarr gui and my SABnzbd gui but not my unraid gui.  I can telnet into the server and I did a reboot but I still can't access the gui.  Any suggestions?

from the command prompt

diagnostics

and then upload the resulting file

OK it did the diagnostics but how do I copy the file to my pc to upload it?

If the shares still work, then its at \\tower\flash\logs\diagnostics.xxxx over the network.  If not, then you'll have to shutdown the server, pull the flash drive and pop it into your pc to access

shutdown via telnet

powerdown

No real good answer unfortunately.  Everything seems ok (except that disk2 is completely full, and due to your split levels etc mover keeps trying to toss stuff onto it and then failing).

Best guess is that the UI just plain crashed or is tied up doing something else.

A reboot is what you're going to have to do.

You should also upgrade to 6.3.5, (but since you're also not running any VMs, I would consider upgrading to 6.4 as it would also solve the UI not responding if it ever gets tied up with something else for whatever reason)

What command do I do for the reboot?  Will I need toco next a monitor and keyboard to the server?

Doesn't seem to reboot when I use that command.  It says that it is but it doesn't seem to.  I have connected up a monitor and keyboard and nothing is showing but I can access the server using putty.  Maybe I should delete some of the files off of Disk 2?

It might not, because ultimately its the webUI that does the reboot.  Issuing the command again in a new telnet session might reboot immediately or just hit the reset button.

Really doubt this is the cause of your problem.  It was just the only "errors" that appeared in the syslog

OK, I pressed the reset and it rebooted but now I can get in using putty but none of the gui's are working.

I just got the gui up!

Thanks, I have started the process of converting.  Thank goodness I only have 3 disks and one is new so I am using that as blank.  However, after I copied over the first disk and did the steps and restarted the array it says that the two drives that I swapped are unmountable.  What do I do now?
