December 21, 20178 yr I'm currently on 6.4.0-rc16. I'm attempting to organize my share structure today, and have been creating new shares. Today I created a share called movies. Once I picked the options for the share, I hit apply. The GUI immediately said share movies DELETED. Not created. However, the share was in fact created. I tested it again with another share, and same results, share whatever name DELETED.
December 21, 20178 yr Are you running an adBlocker? If so, white list your server. Post your diagnostics after this happens.

December 22, 20178 yr Author I don't have any anti virus except windows defender. I turned it and the firewall off and still same issue. Just upgraded to the 17rc, and after a reboot the problem persists. Am I the only one having this issue?

Your description fits the issue people have when an adblocker or anti-virus program interferes with the GUI. You may try to clear the browser cache or use a different browser.
