It appears to be out of stock on a number of sites. It also includes a $10 mail in rebate which would bring the price down to $139.99. If you ever have to RMA this you may want to think about using the rebate as you'll have to cut out the original CPU which could be problematic for an RMA. One final issue: Someone on this forum and other sites have talked about the HX series outputting a strange squealing sound under some circumstances. This seems to be rare, but you may want to do some further research on this yourself.
