December 22, 20178 yr I was trying the The "Clear Drive Then Remove Drive" Method to remove a drive but at the end the server wouldn't respond. Rebooted and now no drives are assigned. Can I just reassign the correct drives to in the proper slots and follow the end of The "Remove Drives Then Rebuild Parity" Method to rebuild parity?

December 22, 20178 yr Sure, no problem, just rebuild. Personally, I suggest perform new disk assignment for data/parity drive. Then only add back the data drive and start the array, once no issue then add back the parity. I have wrongly assign a data drive to parity after lot of disk work, you never know something was wrong before that happen.
December 22, 20178 yr Author Luckily (but sadly) my parity drive is my only 10TB drive so I won't mess that one up.
