Help enabling WOL and sleep

I've been trying to setup WOL on the Asus Z-170a motherboard with no success.

 

It seems like I should have to do in BIOS is enable the wake on PCIe option. I followed this guide and I do get "g" for wake on LAN

Unfortunately the computer does not respond when off or asleep from the dynamic s3 Plugin.

 

Sleep does work as expected, I only need to push the power button to use it.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
