I'm not certain this is PR related but I noticed it on rc16 and still have it on rc17.  Could quite easily be my system (or a known snag).

 

When browsing a share via the web GUI, folders don't seem to order correctly, and clicking on the Name column doesn't seem to remedy it.  I've attached a screenshot of a media share, TV folder.  Folders with less in seem OK, but hey...

    3. Adjust your preference.
