    How have you guys found Seagate drives? I have not had the best of luck with older drives from Seagate. Are the newer models a lot better?

    I've shucked 3 of the 8TB drives in the past year or so. No problems with them so far. Always run 3 or 4 preclears before I shuck them though, just to be sure it's not a dud.
